Hi, I'm Molly Miller.

 

I'm a certified Trim Healthy Mama coach and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Trim Healthy Mama is my nutrition program of choice because I don’t have to leave out any food groups, count calories, macros, or points, or feel deprived! 

 

Working with clients I found the same thing over and over... they needed a personalized step-by-step strategy for creating family-friendly, delicious meal plans that accommodated their preferences and food sensitivities, while still helping them stay on budget and reach their health goals.
